Anyone know what the latest prices are for apartments in Playa Macenas? I have been informed by several local agents that prices are around 45-50% less that their original sales prices, with possibly another 15-20% decrease in prices anticipated over the next 4 years.

Meaning a possible drop of 70% peak to trough before a long bottoming out process for another 4/5 years. Is it really this bad? One agent said he still wouldn't buy (not like an agent to give honest advice) but when i asked what sort of prices for an aparment he said around 160,000 Euros, but expected it to be cheaper n years to come.

 

It's hard to believe the market has fallen so hard. Has anyone got any experience of sales prices and if this is correct.
