Does anyone know the procedure for sorting out utilities afte completion? 

Would anyone be able to hold a key to our apartment (for an appropriate fee!!) to allow utilities access on a pre-arranged date if we are not around?

We have just been told our apartment is finished (including snagging and kitchen!) and we hope to complete in the next 2/3 weeks. We are in Block 7.

We have just received an email from this lady at Promaga kristina.lastockina - saying our kitchen is now being installed which suggests we could complete in the next few weeks. We are in Block 7 of Phase 1.

We were told by Christian on Friday that Block 7 kitchens should be installed within  3 weeks (the elecrical appliances are already installed) and then we can complete. However this was not without Promaga telling our lawyer they were ready to complete!
