she has told me she has got refunds WIHTOUT bgs, i havnt asked for proof yet

She has also asked for 4000euro plus VAT to commence the case

Is this just another Spanish scam ?

Is anybody out there still with with Aldea and been advised to take legal proceedings against Huma with a lawyer recommended by Aldea. I have recd one stage payment back minus 3000 euros they witheld to offset legal fees. Unfortunatley Sarah has now left and we have to deal with Carmen who speaks poor English. She informed me it will be possibly be 2010 before this will be resolved. Depressingley i can forsee more demands for legal expenses along the way but feel they have me over a barrel as i have no other avenue to explore. I carnt afford to lose over £20k but i have decided that if i get it back it will be a bonus, i have to think this way otherwise i would make myself poorly, the alternative would be making contact with Huma officials and doing somethng i would regret for a long long time. I am not naive  and consider myself pretty streetwise but feel frustrated and rather foolish for being in this situation.
If anybody else is in the similar situation with Aldea please e mail me
