Don't take my comments as a personnel dig at you, having been in the property buying game (not selling, not a agent) in many different countries I find it interesting how different agents work and sell their wares.  I know a considerable amount of properties have been sold and it's great news for all of us that own on SG.  Just like to see an agent who is realistic rather than one who adds a bit of a spin on reality.  

Keep up the good work and I enjoy and read your posts with interest, and thanks for keeping up us all up to date.

Great list but are all these sold? There are quite a few still in different stages of renovation so find it hard to believe all have been sold, but happy to be corrected.  Where can you view these listings?

Hi John, after a bit of negotiation it was around 50 euros.  We are hoping to get there around 22nd of April and stay for around 6 weeks before I head off to Cyprus for 6 months.  I will PM you my mobile number.

Hi John, this is John from next door we took on Teleast who do a great pay as you go service which has worked with no issues for us.  You activate it via phone, Internet or by calling into Dos Mares and speaking to the girls on the kiosk.  Costs around 26euros for a months worth of unlimited usage.  Jan and Andy two doors up got the same deal and from what I can gather are happy with it.  We too are coming back over mid April for 6 weeks or so, so see you then and maybe we can discuss the wall?
