Thanks guys for the welcome and the info. Congratulations Marty & Jools you can now relax & enjoy! We're renting on phase 1 whilst getting our apartment furnished. Sourced a couple of pieces of furniture in la OCA (San Javier) and Tutto Comfort (Murcia) on a brief trip in Feb. We didn't get chance to visit Cartagena. Are the largest Leroy Mervin & Carrefour stores there? Plus any recommendations for a close large supermarket as our teenage boys are coming over with us. Really excited heard the weather's great. Look forward to meeting up next week sounds like there is a great community spirit in Terrazas.

Hi, we just wanted to introduce ourselves to the forum. We have recently bought an apartment in block 267 1D (Completed last month). We are looking forward to coming over next week to get it furnished etc. Please can anyone recommend a good air con installation company as we read that there has been a few problems on site. Plus any advice on electrical shops would be appreciated.
