Hello,

We are currently about to finally purchase our apartment in Phase 1 Block 4..after 6 years..We are looking for advise on what we should demand /request from the developer as part of the final settlement?

Also does anybody out there know of anyone who has furniture for a 2 bedroomed apartment for sale?

We have booked our first holiday from May 14th - May 21st and would like to get connected!
