Hi Max,

I have not been on the EOS site for a number of weeks but I have just read some posts, a lot refer to some people making slurs against you and treating you with no RESPECT! I do not know the detail but  DON'T LET THE BASTARDS GET YOU DOWN! you have done a fine job and unfortunately some people only know how to complain even when it is relating to things outside of your responsibility.

This DON JUAN thing has turned out to be such a PAIN!
It is just such a shame, we all have our dreams but people destroy them, If you step down as VP I would not blame you as if it had been me in your position I would of either punched or shot anyone who did not show me or my family respect (yes I would be in Prison or on the run). People may not always agree but you should respect your  neighbor and show the consideration you would like to be afforded but clearly certain people do not live by these principals, shame they did not buy elsewhere.

I will post David to ask him to ask a question for me to the Administrators, I think you have enough requests.

Can you let me know when the AGM will be?

All the Best

Neil.

Thank you Max and Dave for keeping us all informed, as you know i was at the so called meeting on the 23rd January and i thought your accounts of the 5 hour debarcle were spot on, can we see about selling TV rights to this soap opera? i am sure it would make avid vewing, Threats to stand in front of a train! To cut the rail Track! Protest with banners TV News and newspaper media in attendance! Developers daughters making wild threats! Stealing of electricity supply! Neighbour disputes! Court action! plus the meetings themselves with the villans (Developers daughters) in attendance, etc, etc, it beats any TV soap i have ever seen!

Keep up the good work i look forward to the next episode!

Neil.

Hi RG,

Regarding your post,

"Hi Max Regarding point 'e' perhaps it would be beneficial to bring 'class action' against the promoter for this. i.e. if a group of us sue the promoters for the plus valia and compensation for delays, would your lawyer be prepared to take on group action. This would work out cost effective as a bunch of us would be sharing the costs. Dependent on costs I for one will be interested"

I would be intrested as well!

Kind Regards

Community thread: FORWARD CONTRACTS

Hi all,

I have just read a lot of what is on this section but what stands out to me is that people of the community are abusing Max and Saskia even to the point of knocking on there dor at night when most people are aware they have a small daughter.

For the debate on Sky TV surley it makes sense to deal with this at the next meeting when everyone has completed and let our community representatives look at the best options for the whole of the community. Saying that the retired need Sky TV , we are talking about a generation who have had to endure far greater hardship than not being able to watch their favourite TV for a few months, this is the generation who could entertain themselves with music, reading etc and not pass their life away sitting infront of a box like most of the young today, watching TV that is mostly poor quality soaps and so called reality TV.

This is not life or death and please lets RESPECT EACH OTHER in this community and look at the bigger picture here of trying to build a community in harmony where everyone can feel safe and secure without being abused by your neighbour.

I look forward to meeting many of you in the near future,

Neil Plaister
