We have just come back from our first visit to la entrada for an actual holiday and had a really good time.  However we could not get the underground car park doors to open.  I went to Gomendio who said that it was nothing to do with them now that the whole block had been taken over by the community people.  I have had no response from them.  Has anyone else had the same problem?  If so how was it sorted.

Can anyone tell me how we go about setting up an acount to pay for electricity and water.  We have only just taken over the apartment and as yo all know had to pay 1000 euros to have everything switched on.  We had a power of attorney go to the notoray's office to sign everything and I assumed that things like payment of electricity and water would be set up with the bank.   I will obviously check things out with my solicitor but if this were not the case how do I go about paying because I do not want to  end up having no power and water particulary if family members are using it.

Hi

 

I have an apartment in block 3 and am about to sign for it in the next two weeks.  I am being pushed by the builders to sign and am being threatened with them withdrawing from the contract and keeping my full deposit or 30%!!!  As I can't get to spain to to a viewing before the end of May I have to rely on a power of attorney to sign by the endo of April.   Obviously the letter I recevied from the advice burea is a little alarming and Do not want anything signed at the moment (neither do I want to lose my deposit).  I have not been happy with the developers attitude for a while now and am thinking that I am making a bad decision by buying from them.  Despite the area and the complex being lovely I can't afford to fork out more monwy to put right their errors.  I would rather have my deposit refunded and invest elsewhere.  Is there a way out?

 

Happy for any thoughts on the matter
