Hi

We have queried choice of kitchen colours and tiles with MRI and they have confirmed that there is no choice. 

We were also told when purchasing that there was and have expressed our concern.

Received email from MRI who we purchased our apartment through and they confirmed from the developer that Porto Fino is still due for completion in Feb / March 2008

Thanks for that info!  I had not been to their website before and it is good. I like the video with computer generated images which does provide an opportunity to see an overview of the finished development.

I agree with the view that the MRI packages are very expensive and was about to start looking at what the actual costs would be in England and then getting it all sent over.

I don't think that buying your own impacts on MRI managing lettings etc.

Had email today from MRI Life Time Aftersales rep saying that we have no choice of kitcken unit colours which is diferent than what we were told when we purchased olur apartment. I have emailed back asking about choice of  bathroom tiles and wall colours.

I would be interested to hear what other people may have been told.  The red gloss units in the Property Developers look good but I did think there was a choice.
