I have decided not to transfer over to OTCC. I have been trying to get in touch with my legal representatives in Vera and have written numerous letters / sent emails since July requesting that they proceed in getting my money back (I have a BG for abput 2/3rds of what I have paid). Unfortunately they have had not the decency to reply! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do next? ( Going over is not an option at present)

Please let me know if you are/have transferred over from ACC to Thabernax. I just do not know what to do or think. Has planning permission really been granted? Please get in touch. I need to talk to someone in the same situation as me!
