Yes, i'm in block 10 ground floor.

dear Thomson, i would luv to be there around same time as you, for a drink at the Nautilus, but i went out there few months back, so not planning anything just yet, maybe around June time.

It would be great if you could post a few pics of block 10 (possibly from the road which turns around the back), i took some but my chip got fractured and i lost all my photos when i went. - have a nice break !   if you need to chat pls email me  motabooblas@yahoo.co.uk and i'll give you my tel. no.

hi,

i thought the builder has 30 days to agree the snag list, and then another 30 days to complete ALL the snags.

i think upon signing, would be wise to have the snag list served via the solicitor.

any thoughts ?
