 Hi All 

 

Just received an e-mail today from our solicitor (Miguel Gonzalez) who informed us our bank have agreed to honour our BG for our 1st payment and is hopeful for return of money. We would be grateful for any advise on the best way of receiving this i.e Bankers draft or transfer, after a struggle to get this money we want to make sure we get the best deal.

Received an e-mail today saying Huma has gone bankrupt, has anyone else received the same, it is signed at the bottom Customer Care Team and sent from Huma news.

We too have just returned from Spain and having looked at the options of transferring i.e Oasis and Mazzaron we have decided enough is enough and are going to try for our money back. We would be interested to now which solicitor you have used AndyLynn, we are with Aldea but have little trust in using them again.

We also bought 2 years ago on manzana 27 and like your hubby have decided to see it through to the end(fingers crossed).

We live in Selby (just outside of York) so not far from Leeds.
