Hi I don't want to be bearer of bad news but I have just received an email from my solicitor saying that the town hall have informed them that the FOL cannot be approved yet ,as they are still awaiting the last report from the municipal technician who is very busy and they are not expecting it this month. Seems to be mixed messages as usual.

My solicitor said that they had been told by the town hall(16/07)
 that the FOL was back with technical dept and could give no dates.

Hi 
Hoping someone can give me some advice.September 2004 my late husband invested unwisely in two offplan properties that were due to be completed Feb 2006 and still have not been. He died unexpectedly last year leaving me in a difficult financial situation. His Spanish solicitor has told me that the developers are not obligated to change the contracts to my name unless I complete the inheritance process and pay the tax. They will however if I allow them to change the completion date which would prevent me taking legal action against them to dispute the contract. This solicitor is against legal action but as I have now discovered he failed to obtain a bank guarantee  so I am not sure I trust him.
