Hi you say you cannot relate to my comments at all.

There is no doubt that the developer is/was a fault by being in breach of contract FACT !!! and therefrore that's why things went tistup !!! FACT !!!

The amount of people cancelling their contract were based on the FACT mention clearly above BREACH OF CONTRACT !!! if he had not done this then we would all be living in a finished development with everything on site as outlined in the sales brochure end of !!

We are one of the many people with a non refundable deposit and have in also made numerous other payments too,

However to state the following...

" My belief is that these people are not in a position to buy and perhaps are victims of easy lending ofbthe past and could not really afford a place in Spain in the first place."

Extremely offensive, might I add that we did sign the contract with fuill intent of completeing on our purchase at the original price, and must stress that any reference made to anyone not being able to afford to purchase at the offsett a little harsh to say the least.

Whilst I appreciate that you placed your deposit, did a deal with the receivers and got your house Simple !!

We did in fact contact the receivers and also our solicitor to ask for a discount, however we were informed that they would not grant us a reduction and therefore we are now in the process going to court to get our money back (less the deposit which was nonrefundable)

If anyone out there has a deposit who still can buy then you need to be looking at a sensible discount However it would appear that you had no grievences with the developer of the spec of your property or the fact that there still is no infrastructure of retial units on site which was part of the contract which the developer is clearly in breach of.

Regards

Mo & Andy

Hi all,

Well it would it apprea it was only a matter of time before this came to a head, and like many of us we had in a way been expecting it to happen.

Word out is that the adminstration company may possibly be looking to offer the remainder of the properties for sale to prospective purchasers who have initially paid deposits and installments at a reduced price to try and at least get some money in to try to get the developers out of the brownand sticky stuff.

How many of you would still be looking to proceed it this was the case? as I feel it would need to be at a substantial reduction to quantify to amount of distress and upset let alone financial loss already incurred by many of us and all at the hand of the developer's.

Has anyone been to the develepment this year? are there any new photo's? and is there any infrastructure in place for the retail units which were part of the original paln as outlined in the lovely glossy brochure's given out a the offset?

Hi there, how many others of you out there who have not completed have been contacted my solicitors acting for Promilorci informing that they are going into administration ?

It's not surprising really, if only they did what they said they would do from the outset and didn't keep moving the goal posts then it would be a different matter altogether and maybe more prospective purchasers would have completed then they wouldn't be in this state. They only have themselves to blame.

Wondered how long it would take and was very surprised it was this quick, just goes to show that thary had overstretched themselves in the first place.

Hi there, I was wondering how many people have actually completed on their purchases on Frondoso Valley and also how many of you have decided that it just wasn't worth the hassle or money of going through to completion due to the lack of communication from the developers once Medsea went bust.....Are there many of you out there who are looking to claw back as much finances as they can as are we ? it as been a nightmare trying to keep in contact with the developer as all email communication ceased some time ago especially as they stated the we had not signed certain paperwork entitling us to have the radiators installed etc as they had nothing on file...funny that as I have a copy on file signed and dated.

Any update whether positive or negative would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,

Has anyone else on this forum received an email like this? If so what are your thoughts and have you been in touch to pay this person the small fee of 150 euros' to carry on their own aftersales department.

I personaly feel this may be a scam, as who would ask for money without even sending out paperwork detailing their business and what guarantees does anybody have that this would be adhered to. Or will they just disapear into the night  after reaping 1500.00 euros in funds from 10 individuals whom this email was sent.

Please can anone shed some light on this for us.

Good Afternoon,

I would like to inform you that Medsea Estates has ceased its Aftersales Department.
Due to this i have decided to carry on an aftersales service independantly. I worked for
Medsea Estates for over 8 years as team leader of Aftersales dealing with completions
which includes - Notories, Furniture shopping, N.I.E numbers, opening bank accounts and
anything else that makes the completion of you property run smoothly.
Due to the fact I have gone independant there would have to be a small fee of 150 Euros.
We will carry on doing property checks on your behalf and liasing with the builders.
Once we have informed you that your property is ready we would like two weeks notice of
your arrival so that we can make all the necessary arrangments for the completion.

You can contact me on the following telephone numbers-
