Can anyone advise about cost of community fees.  We were quoted a reasonable amount prior to purchase but now find them much more.  🤔😏

I also agree that a clubhouse is essential to the development of  Condado.  The pipe dream of the Oaisis is a distant dream.  A clubhouse is more of an essential that the gym.  A clubhouse will have to entail the facilities generally found within a clubhouse.     We could provide Olagolf with facilities for a fee,  if they do not participate in the investment.  Thus we already have one tenant.  We could put the runnning of bar, food outlet coffee shop, out to tender.  

For our property to increase in value of our properties, rental or otherwise we need a club house with facillities, otherwise the course will not mature as it should as Olagolf invest less as tornaments fail to return.   I ws going to say then Condado will then truly be a ghost town but our village has more facilities than Condado. 

Ooooops I to forgot I have finite resources.  I have no idea what a flat pack clubhouse the said erection of such will cost.  I will now get my head out of the clouds, face reality and get back on earth.

We would also recommend Andy from Camposol, on 0034 617 644 339.   He is a city and guilds qualified electrician, very professional, very reasonable.    He added electric sockets in kitchen, fan in bathroom, carried out meter cupboard and wiring safety checks for us, he easily remedied our problem with washing machine in out side cupboard.     He was even willing to meet  at a shop to advise us on the most economic  wall heater for our apartment, we had only phoned for advise.   We were very satisfied.     Steve & Sue

Hi

I got fed up forking extra out for windscreen and tyres, so finally bought yearly cover which also covers up to £2,000 excess.   We have used Auriga Crown through Do you Spain.  I told them I did not require windscreen and tyre cover, they took 300 euros deposit which was returned within 24 hrs of returning car.  (Can't be sure of how quickly as got stuck at Airport due to snow in England). 

Can't comment on how good the policy is (and hope not to have to) as not had to use it.  One year cover has cost us the same as insurance for windscreen and tyre cover would have on one hire. 

By the way, hired car for 3 weeks and got full/full for petrol.
