We have found that they are usually late. We checked our account this morning and they have taken ours either. We have not been informed what the fees are this year, has anyone else not been advised?

We have received our council tax bill at our solicitors. They have offered to make payment for us for a cost but would ask is it possible to make payment yourself and if so, where and how please?

Checked our latest bill yesterday and since the 11th November until 19th January 13kwh electricity has been used whilst the apartment is empty with everything switched off!!! Emailed Iberbrola but don't expect a good response.
