Darren, thanks for the heads up on the company. They do seem very proffesional and have explained everything to me in detail, which matches what you are saying. I have not even seen the design on the Dalia as it is not officially released yet, but they explained it to me and seems incredible value. i will post my findings on the trip when i get back.

Thanks for the advice Mattjo. I have spoken to the sales person from the company and he has told assured me that all thier clients get bank guarentees and they have a batch of them for people who by through them. I will take your advice and make sure it is in place before we part with any money though! Any other advice would be greatly appreciated. Mike

Hi Guys and girls, ladies and gentleman... I just bought the Spanish homes magazine and i really like the look of the development and surrounding area. Myself and my wife are visiting the site next weekend with an agent that advertised in the magazine and are looking to purchase an Azucena or a new model called the Dalia. has anyone bought this new model or can tell me anything about it? The agent say's it is new and exclusive to them. I also heard that there has been some delays on the site, but was told that all the completion times have been rescheduled recently so they should not be a problem. Any feedback would be appreciated.
