Has anybody asked or  got their deposit back ? I have written my 9k off , I have asked and asked and never got my bank guarantee from Th . The owners must be laughing all the way to the bank. Sad to say but we have all been had .

 HI PEOPLE , I`VE HAD  ENOUGH ,I BOUGHT   2 APARTMENTS IN APRIL 06 FOR 100,000 EUROS EACH ,  TALKING TO PEOPLE & SOLICITORS I HAVE SEEN NO PROGRESS WHATSOEVER WITH T/HILLS , I WAS GOING TO SPAIN TO LOOK FOR MYSELF WHATS BEEN HAPPENING , BUT I `M NOT GOING TO BOTHER ,I AM INSTRUCTING MY SOLICITOR TO RECOVER MY DEPOSITS . ANYBODY  FANCIES A GAMBLE MAKE ME AN OFFER , DEPOSITS COST ME 9000 EUROS FOR BOTH  . I HOPE I`M PROVEN WRONG , GOOD LOOK EVERBODY.

Hi people ,

         My brother and i purchased 2 apartments  in april 06 , We paid the first deposits and appointed spainish solicitor  he advised not to pay second deposit as no bank garantees would be given , Also no licence for building and water supply had been granted , also he  said it could be up to 2 years or if at all before they get a licence , he also said most of his client are trying to recover there money. I have heard the new major of  murcia is  trying to stop building due to over development  in the area. We purchased from carol of sunquest and she assured all regulations were in place & building would be starting in june 06 and to come and pick wall & floor tiles in oct 06 , a friend went to check progress for us while on holiday on last week of Aug & suprise suprise , yes your right no builders and no work progress.my guess is that our money is going on filling the fuel tank of the MD `s lambrogini   i` ve seen him driving
