Hi

Have purchased a first floor apartment, being furnished week commencing the 19th June, I am over the following week to check it all, but was after some contacts regarding the above if possible. Need to get the shower cubicle fitted along with the sky and air con while I am over, also wanting to let this property full time as it is an investment, so any good letting agents out there could you please pass me on there details. Would be great to talk to anyone in the same boat and ask what they think about there apartment and the development in general. ps Is the pools open yet?

Hello to everyone

We have purchased an apartment  in front of the pool, but when we were out there in April  to sign and get the keys, the pool was only filled with dirty rain water. We are coming out there at the end of May to have a holiday and was wondering if anyone new when the pool and surrounding area ( trees, shrubs and grass etc) was to be completed. Also any idea from anyone regarding the commercial bars, restuarants etc.  I await to here from anyone who can help with this info and hopefully meet with yourselves when we are over.
