I'm currently working with a group of lawyers who have successfully won refunds for their clients. In one case they negotiated a refund in 7 days. Of course, it's not always as straight forward as this but it demonstrates what's possible when you have the lawyers working for you with the specialist knowledge required. They also work on a no win no fee basis because they're aware of other firms of lawyers who have taken fees and been completely unsuccessful. I'm in Spain at the moment and would be happy to talk to anyone about their situation. Please contact me if you would like to get an incite into why this firm has been successful. I'm also meeting with the firm this coming Thursday and extremely happy to ask questions any of you may have.
