I have always hired cars through these guys : Indigo car hire and always found prices / service to be good.

Like anyone worth checking them out for yourself first but many other people seem to think the same as me :-)

Yes it looks like the Spanish car hire companies have seen the light - thank goodness as this was the one of the biggest bug bearers going, they have actually had this policy in place since the beggining of the year.
