Debbie, I would suggest joining the group of 16 who are taking action against Palmera/Mirador.  The person you need to contact is Patricia Morales who is acting on behalf of this group...the more people who join up the lower the cost will be.  We had a meeting with her last July and she is well versed on what is actually going on.  You can contact her patricia@pmsabogada.com.

Yes we are in the same boat and feel exactly as you do regarding further costly action.  We retired December 2006 in the hope that our dream home in Spain would be ready!!  We are also in limbo and dont know who to trust?  We have been told that only 40 out of the original 140 will be built as on the construction site they have found archaeologist remains.
