I have just spoken with Jose Garcia, he says that the two companies have split and that although he works for Huma he does not know anything or have anything to do regarding the Tabernas project as the part of Huma he works for no longer deals with Tabernas. I have asked him for a telephone number /contact for the company that is running Tabernas. He says that he will provide them tomorrow. (Why tomorrow goodness knows!) I couldn't work out if it was Huma Med or Indalo that is covering Tabernas. If anyone can throw any light on this I would be grateful as the situation seems to be getting more complicated. I wonder if the banks have taken the site or if the building that is obviously going on is Huma (the 2nd company).
Just putting an addition to my post, I would like to say a big thank you to MTH for his/her postings, without them we would all be kept in the dark. Many thanks and please continue to post, any news is greatfully received.

Carmen has just telephone us, the building will start in September, the machinery etc will be going onto site during the shutdown period of August.... thank goodness for that!

Hi all, have just spoken with our solicitor,. not good news. She says that the new builders cannot get finance and building has stopped on OTCC and Mazarron and she says that building will not commence in the near future. That is her opinion, Huma have not said that, they are still telling her that building will start soon. We cannot swap as there are now no properties available on Mazarron. So it looks as if we have been well and truly stuffed. We have no BG and did not have on ACC either, so thats that! How stupid have we been, thats us not everyone on the forum.

No problem, we have got through now, they say the lines were blocked because they we locked in meeting with the new builder!
But they still cant tell us when they will start building, now saying that it will be 6 weeks before they can tell us, then another 6 and another! On ACC it was always 2 weeks!

We received an e-mail from Claudia yesterday, I have posted it on the other thread, it's been misread by one but it basically says that she will know more in one & half month (so 6 weeks then), god knows this is going on and on..... In 8 weeks or so our contract with them expires, but no bank guarantee we can only wonder what is going to happen. There is obviously no chance of any money back, so does that mean we will have to wait forever............
