I began the process of buying a property in Competa north of Nerja in november. Yesterday my lawyer informed me that the tariffs for Notary and land registry have increased from the beginning of the year and I should send more money to cover this, although they did not tell me what the increase was.

Can anyone tell me whether this is a justifiable increase or not?
