Hi

We are looking for an furnished apartment to rent from Sunday 21st December, departing Sunday 28th December. This is the week we are signing our title deeds etc.  Very excited. 

We are in Los Nos Naranjos, Jardine 2, block 5 (2 bedroom) - and would prefer to be close by so that we can pop in and out of ours as required .

Hi everyone. 

We found this web page by accident whilst trying to find information about the progress of Condado de Alhama.  My husband and I have bought a 2 bed, 1st floor apartment in Los Naranjos (garden 2) which is now finished.  We are hoping to fly out to Spain and sign the title deeds in December.

I just wondered if anyone could give us some good advise on.....

Furniture - where to buy furniture, decent quality but not too expensive?

Air Conditioning - best prices, good installers? 

Insurance.

Recent picutres on development.

Any addtional helpful advice/tips are very welcome.
