Spain has been relying on tourism only for so many years. With so many unemployed people now leaving Spain to their home countries makes me wonder what will happen to Spain? Will they follow Greece and Ireland? We all are still hoping for a miracle to happen.......

As residents in Elviria we very often get quieries from neighbours, friends if we know a qualified, trustworthy IT person

to help them sorting out all kinds of computer problems. So we thought better put it on here.

We can highly recommend the guy who always comes to our place for the last few years if we have a problem with our laptop or computer, whether it is an update, virus or other things.

Dear all,

A Dutch couple in Elviria (Marbella) is doing a wonderful job looking after our property whilst we are abroad. No worries and no problem they cannot solve. Inspectinos visits, key holding, groceries upon our arrival, flowers, watering the plants, cleaning, Spanish translations, renting out etc. Anything, you name it they take care of it, at very good rates by the way.

Our neighbour in Elviria has a lovely furnished modern 2B/2B apartment (2nd floor) with views towards Africa to die for.

Full aircondicioned/heated. Very spacious, 100 m2. Also includes spacious garage. The building is only 3 yrs old.

He is now looking for a trustworthy couple to let the apartment on a long term basis.
