Can you post a link to the youtube video? Can you explain where the possible 20-40k euro payment comes from or point me to a post that explains this? I thought things were looking more settled until I read these recent posts about dogs etc. I agree as owners we should work together where possible to make La Reserva a safe and desirable place to live and visit. Isn't that the purpose of Manzana communities? I fear a lot of owners feel detached from these and don't know how to, or can't be bothered to get involved. But I think Manzana 4 got a result through group effort and as a result the monthly fees were reduced.

Just come back from a lovely week's stay in the sun. I was speaking to one of the residents who said that the new shop/bar is due to open by the end of the year. They also said it was Andy - as in Andy's Bar at Cabopino - behind the new venture. Anyway it deserves to succeed so long as the prices are reasonable

In case anyone is interested, an english couple living at La Reserva have set up a new business to provide WiFi Internet access throughout the area. You can then 'buy' fast internet access on an hourly/daily/weekly rate to suit your own needs. No need to install a phone line, so you can have internet access and internet telephone service just for the period you are staying. I tried the service for an hour outside the shop they are based in near the campsite in Marena and the quality was really good. If I can lay my hand again on the details I will post them up, but there were some flyers down at the new bar.

ADT we are in Manzana 1 and in November last year a Spanish couple bought a ground floor apartment from an English bloke who bought off plan. They told us they paid 220k euro and had no problems getting a bank mortgage. They live there as their permanent home and have spent loads of modifications and re decorating including to our suprise laying laminate flooring throughout.
