Hello to all,

I have found your site after being offered a penthouse apartment to buy on CdS.  The pictures look wonderful but I am a little nervous having read your threads.  Do you all find problems with damp, noise and crime?

I am looking for somewhere that I can come with my family on regular breaks but I would need to rent it out between times to help with costs.  It appears from the threads that most of you are actually resident?  Does anyone rent out to holiday visitors, and if so do you find it easy to rent?

Also worried by the post saying someone was selling up for 150000 euros but could not find a buyer - the asking price for the one I am looking at is much higher than this... does anyone know if this is correct?
