Hi all,

currently looking at purchasing a one bed apartment on the resort and would be extremely grateful if any owners could share information of the likely monthly running utility bill costs, or average over the year.  We visit a couple times a year, so now considering purchasing.

I understand that community fees are approximately 80-100 Euro per month.

Also, if anyone could share there experience with regard to holiday lettings and longer term lettings.  For example how many weeks is a realistic amount to expect.  Appreciate, we are looking at a one bed, but would would be interested to hear how many weeks rental could be achieved.
