Hi Jaydee, we also have an OKI TV and retuned last week using the following steps.

Go into maintenance select factory reset, next select language- English next modify search you will see 6900, on the next line down put in 6875 then press ok the channel search will start.

All straight forward, Solmar pick you up outside arrivals and take you to their office  approx  3 mins away. Always used Solmar never had a problem.
