We have just completed our purchase of our apartment on Phase 4. This journey has taken 4 years to complete but we are really happy now to have done so. We found Vanessa at Roda Golf very helpful with the efficient completion of snagging in conjunction with the foreman on site , Manuel. We employed Roy from InspectaHomeSpain to do our snagging and we were extremely impressed with his eye for detail and overall helpfullness. Our Notary experience was also completed with extreme efficiency due to the preparation of our lawyer at .Lex -Marbella Abogados S.L. Whilst there are design changes from previous phases we confirm that there are marble floors and units under the sinks. Overall build quality was excellent . We would like to thank Justin & his team for providing so much information on Eye on Spain which we found very informative.
