I also have the same probelm with Universal Hospitality!

Emails bounce and no contact by phone.

The resident's association has reported a water problem in my appartment, but I can't get them access.

Anyone heard anything?

I'm led to believe Roda are only looking to act as agent for Ph 1 and 2 to date.
30 Properties in Ph3 to be added to the portfolio by next summer.

As for key holding, airing and cleaning services, they are incapable of replying to multiple email enquiries or return phone calls, so I have little hope that they can manage an appartment!
