We are in the same position and decided we werent going to throw any more hard earned money at this problem unless we are very sure of getting a return on it.   Our Solicitor in Spain is not convinced that there is any merit in taking this action at the moment anyway and has advised us to hold off for now.   We would be interested to know what you decide and how you get on.  Good luck!

Baggy you are so honest and straightforward.   I never posted before because in the vacuum we have been in for the last year the site has descended into farcical squabbling.   You however seem to be realistic about the mistakes we all made. I dont know if we will ever see a cent of our money but its good to know there are other normal people in the same boat as us.

Hi Darren ,

We live near Dublin so hope you can cope with some Irish neighbours.   We will be holidaying in Jumilla as often as possible and look forward to it so much.   Jack is working hard on his handicap so hope the golf course wont be delayed too much.   We dont plan on visiting until our house is nearly ready so its really great to be able to read all the postings on the site.   Love looking at the photos too-thanks to all who take the time to upload them.   Will be keeping in touch with the site.

Hi,

I was wondering if there was anyone else on R17.   We have purchased No 30.   It never seems to get mentioned by anyone regarding planning/licence etc.   We purchased in May 2006 and were given a completion date of May 2007.   Quite disappointing and Im not sure how long our patience will last in the absence of any formal communication from the builders.
