I am at wits end with Spanish attorneys.  I've been through 6 in 5 years due to fraud and malpractice.  Are there any legitimate attorneys who speak FLUENT English in Spain, particularly in the Barcelona area?

I have contacted all the Anglo embassies for lists of attorneys who supposedly speak English but have come away with the results I've had.  It also makes it more difficult is that I do not live in Spain anymore.
