Are you talking about phase 3 at Manilva Gardens? ... which development were you switched from i am not familiar with B.C.C!  did you come to any agreement cost wise? ....  
What happend to the other Development? was it OVP?  and have you seen the apartments on the EYE?
As for the Developer's name we have not been informed of anymore, other than 'Manilva Costa S A ' on this site!

Hi John

I know what your saying! the location & everything else is just what we wanted, and i will take comfort in what you say about basically hanging in there!
this is why its so difficult to walk away from, we're so near but still so far away & its frustrating, I know there are people pulling out & we really cant afford to do that.  One thing for sure is OVP will not be getting any more money or a recommendation from us. 
Im glad it has all worked out for you though.

Has anyone had any luck with OVP yet?

Thanks for your quick reply,  I gather you've had a similar experience! but was it worth it?....Im just hoping other owners read my post and maybe we can set up some sort of united forum, I think we need some answers, we have been waiting almost 5 years now, we were originally told it would be 3!  'its too long' !!! we just want to get on with it now were fed up!

Did you manage to get on site?  Does it look like its near completion then? Have you bought on this Development?... we really have no infomation as to when this is happening they keep moving the goal post on this!  and communications are very poor from OVP,  nobody seems to want to comit to anything.  We are very concerned that this is all not going to pan out!... Sorry for all the questions but without having contact with any other buyers in the same boat as us its a nightmare trying to get any real information.  we were told  no one is aloud on site (health & safety etc)! are you able to put our minds at rest?
By the way we have bought a 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment, although the 2nd bathroom does'nt appear to be there now instead of a shower in the 2nd bathroom its a washing machine! ....if anyone else reads this post and has any info to add it would be much appreaiated.  The more we can share the better for all of us.
