Hi there,

I am writing on behalf of the CNN programme Living Golf as we are considering documenting the problems faced by buyers at the Terrazas de la Torre resort.

We understand that there have been issues with construction of the facilities there and would like to give people the opportunity to tell their story. If you have purchased a golf property and have some kind of problem with it - could be that you're trying to sell it on at a reduced price, or that the facilities aren't as you expected, or there's some problem with the course.

If you have had trouble buying a property in Spain, which is part of a golf real estate development and would like to share your story maybe we can help.

I am writing on behalf of the Living Golf TV show on CNN international as we are researching the situation in Spain where people have invested money in golf-related properties and have had their dream shattered by a construction problem or such.

We plan to visit the affected areas in early June and are based in London.

Please reply or PM me if you would be interested in sharing your story to help people understand the problematic situation there.
