The communities have had their 1st meeting, of which I have received the minutes. The company is called AEA ADministration SL.

The president is now Antonio Gonzalez Aguilera Block 6 aprt 2

The community charges for the final 2 payments of this year have been reduced, due to services not fully installed.  Not sure what yours will be.

Hi 

I went out to Las Palmeras at the beginning of Aug, and going again 3rd Sept.  Block 13 doesn't look complete and I dont think Rushcliffe will be applying for the licence until they have sold all the apartments - problems with buyers pulling out and taking legal action due to time delays etc.  

The only good side is once it does it will be very nice with some fantasic views.

Ive had similar problems too.

I completed Nov 2006 - blck 2, and had to have the supply increased to 8050wk and meter changed, and pay for the priviledge 41 euros, according to my lawyer appliances and air con needed more wattage than they had anticipated (6900kw) as it was tripping out the electrics, but I would have thought that the developer would have notified the electric company about future supplies?

Hi Andrew

I completed 2 snag lists, one when empty, and then again once all electrics had been supplied and furniture received- I completed a form which I obtained from the show apt - not sure if you have a furniture package, but one tip is to check all plug sockets with a table lamp or similar electrical device - some of my sockets didn't work.  All the works were carried out pretty quickly but obviously once the builders leave site it will be harder. I must say I have found Sonia at the show apt very helpful.

I have a tenant in at the moment - young English chap, think he'd quite like some company - blck 2. 

I maybe out there in Sept - if the tenant doesn't renew.
