Hi to all owners on the Birdie Club

My husband Brian and I live in one of the townhouses (No. 16) and moved in last June.  We did have one meeting on site with GAEMU (Management Company), the President of the Community (Ros y Falcon representative) and Daniel (our Caretaker)  last October - about 7 owners were present and we took them round the Development pointing out the problems with the pool areas etc. and a few of the problems have been rectified.

I have now been asked to organise a further meeting with GAEMU as quite a few owners are over during February.  Gabriel from GAEMU has suggested Tuesday 5 February at 5.00 pm meeting at the main entrance.  If any owners cannot attend, please let me know of any specific problems you have with the communal areas so these can be discussed.
