Hi Andrew,

Yes, fine thanks and hope the same applies to yourself. I suspect that we are indeed both thinking of the same person. The style of the post is very similar to communications that I have previously received from a young lady at theEl Trampolin office but who has not been seeen for a while.

I would like to think that it is  a case of 'poacher turned game keeper'  but  the cynic in me suspects that is the least likely scenario. If it's who I think it is she has a habit of trying to be on both sides at once!

Please forgive my doubts, but the name shown and the language used here just do not match.

Is this yet another attempt by an employee of Grupo Trampolin to obtainn details of any action planned by individuals?

Whilst I totally agree with the concept of group action for victims on both Trampolin Hills and Solara Trampolin I would suggest that it is better to go with one of the groups already formed by genuine owners. Has anybody heard of this person (whose native language clearly is more likely to be Spanish that English) before?

Again, you miss the point!

I told no one. When asked, I said that I had no information as to its veracity either way. Tha fact that you see no reason for an apology, whilst disappointing, comes as no real surprise having now read some of your previous postings.

I assume that, despite my making it clear that I had no knowledge of the facts, someone chose to give you my name as a 'source'  - which you then used, without my approval or checking the accuracy of what you had been told or chose to believe.

As you say, I clearly must be much more careful to whom I speak - perhaps you would like to now ask that person to identify theirself to me [I assume that, based on your past actions, that should not be a problem] so that I can make my feelings clear to them personally.

If what you say about the rumour is factual then my reaction is one of sympathy for those affected. The "See, I told you so" tone of your earlier posting does you little credit I am afraid - but then again that too is perhaps hardly surprising.

This will be my last public posting on this matter.  I have no wish to maintain a dialogue with you as we clearly do not share the same ideas regarding ethical behavious or inegrity.

Firstly it was certainly not me who started this rumour! And, no matter what you say, that is all it is at this moment as far as I am concerned.

Although I have been asked several times over the last 24 hours whether it was true, my reaction was, and remains, "I don't know, maybe, we'll have to wait and see."

Unlike, yourself I do not believe in spreading unproven gossip as fact and I particularly dislike having my name used by those who do so. With the possibility of elections coming up shortly for the residents committee your comments could have been particularly damaging to our cause.

As a point of interest,  I do not normally even look at this site  because of the amount of rumour mongering that it contains. Postings on behalf of the committee are placed by another member to aid communication.

It is only as a result of a friend who saw your posting that I became aware of your  ill founded accusation - albeit with a ? mark against my name.

May I suggesrt that you do two things.

1. Post an immediate retraction and and apology if you have any principles at all.

2. In future check your facts before using names.
