Hi all,      Well we had our advice and since we asked a few questions there is no-one in (hmm) .  We had an e-mail from the after sales service and we were off line for a while due to connection problems, we got into the e-mails today and guess what another change of date  from the builders who have taken over the build . They certainly like their laughs !  Maria sent us an e-mail but we lost it due to phoneline problems so Maria if you read this could you e-mail us again on our new address which is colaine@ntlworld.com we will keep you posted as we are now calling it a day ,that is if we get an answer any day soon.

It is all over the English and Welsh newspapers today! typical we have even lost out on this now by the slapdash spanish builders and the legal eagles who are obviously in their pockets, it has come to the point where we have had to ask Maria if she can look over the paperwork before we send any more finance out to Spain . It has been such a fiasco that poor old Colin's health is suffering , so much for a healthy laid back lifestyle.

Hi there,            When we thought all was going well we had a new e-mail today from the lawyer in Aldeas and we need a spanish solicitor to advise us whether to carry on or call it a day! If there is anyone out there we can forward the e-mail to (discretion called for ) who can give it the once over and advise us whether to fight for our money back or carry on and hope it all works out. Bearing in mind it has been 5-1/2 years so far, and now it is rush or wait longer.

Hi Janice,        Thanks for your quick reply , we are only just getting to grips with the computer so hope this reaches you.  It is nice to know that we are not alone with these problems, it has been a hard slog to get where we are today. We have a long way to go yet even though Parador has e-mailed us to say the house is nearly ready, we were there last week and it is no where near finished.  Parador are in Swansea tomorrow and just like the other guy we would like to go and cause mayhem there but we know it won't get us anywhere as it has already been tried.
