This is a valid point and more information about this has now been found out by our Presidents and others.

We have already emailed Christina at Quara (name and contact details are in the letter sent out by OCSI) and asked when we get the refund from this extra fee we all were asked to pay when we boiught our properties.

We are also going to email her and give our permission for this 50 Euro fee to be paid from that money and see what response we get.

We also understand Quara asked OCSI to send out this letter as Quara's records of the property owners contact details were not up to date.

Will let you know if any more information comes to light. Phase 1 President has a meeting with OCSI & Town Hall on Friday 4 June.

We think the view is that enough people disagree with not giving Quara anymore money and that any connection "charge" should be taken from money already paid to Quara in addition to the cost of our properties then a deputation will go down to the Quara office with legal representation and tell Quara that they cannot demand more money as they already have more than enough which demanded for "connection" charges for water, electricity etc.. 

Also because Quara have been sitting on the 1000 Euros extra demanded for each property they have sold for some 3 years or so.

If you private message me with your plot number it will be passed onto your Community President so that they have detailks for those who do not wish to fund Quara any further than we have already done!!!!

Most people I have spoken to and Phase 1 President agree that Quara have already had money for this so should not expect anymore.

Also question was raised as to why our administrators are sending us requests for payment on behalf of Quara, why are Quara not sending their own requests for payment!!!!

With regard to the refunds we have friends in Las |Violettas another Quara development and they received some 800 Euros in refund from Quara. We have to arrange an appointment with the same Chistina who is mentioned in the email from OCSI. You will need a copy of the separate receipt given by Quara for the 1000 Euros or whatever the amount was that you paid. The refund did not come quickly but it did come!!!!! Big surprise but a nice surprise after dealing with Quara in other matters.

Well I suppose if you only have one eye (with a name like cyclopse) then you obviously can only see half of the picture.

It would be better to be constructive rather than just show ignorance and predjudice.
