I don't know how far you have got with the content of this thread, one thing I do know is PW clearly has no idea what is going on with Golf Suites!  I visited the PW head office in Spain at the end of 2009 and they weren't interested in the slightest in giving me a refund.  In Feb 2010 I instructed my solicitor to commence legal proceedings (up front payment of 3000 euros).  Within less than four months I have received my deposits back in full and have received money towards legal fees as an out of court settlement!  PW knew they had no chance of winning the court case and cut their own losses.

I'm no legal expert but this experience has shown me that if you don't start legal proceedings you can forget about getting your money back, People wanting their money back need to instigate legal action.  I didn't have bank guarantees for the full amount either.

I know how frustrating it is i've been there so if I can offer any advice about how I went about it or people want details of the solicitor (who I might add was excellent and would definitely recommend) then feel free to drop me an email I'll be only too glad to help!

Just to let people know, we have now received a full refund for our deposits on the Golf Suites complex.  In addition we have received 3000 euros towards our legal fees which were basically 6000 euros (we have made that money back however through the exchange rate so we've basically broke even!).  PW agreed to pay the money within one month of us areeing to the deal which they did, had we not instructed solicitors to start court proceedings we would be back to square one. 

Even when we were agreeing to the deal they would only correspond with our solicitors who I have to say were excellent.  Should anyone require their details feel free to send me a message and I will gladly pass them on.

Our nightmare is gladly over, best of luck to everyone who is still trying!!

Just to let any Golf Suites buyers know, I arrived anannounced at the main offices of PW last week and spoke with a member of the Customer services staff.  I explained my position and the fact tha I now wanted a refund on my deposits, the respons and attitude of PW was simple....'Take us to court then!'  They were not interested in the slightest and simply told me to get a lawyer and see them in court.  I half expected this response but left absolutely fizzing about their carefree nonchalant attitude towards my predicament, they just were not bothered in the slightest.  It is now apparent that anyone wishing to recover their money will have to pay for the services of a lawyer and take them to court.  I have now instructed solicitors (dets provided by barbararollett - thanks Barbara!) who are taking up the claim.  By all accounts PW are even refusing to take receipt of Burofaxes, they are turning the postman away when he tries to deliver them!! 

In addtion, PW stated that they still intended to build Golf Suites but had no idea whatsoever when they would be building them!

Good evening, I find myself in a similar predicament in that I am not prared to let PW keep my money for ever and a day!  I am struggling however to even get any response or acknowledgemen by phone or email from PW.  Does anyone have details of the addresses of their main sales offices in Murcia or their Legal offices?  Unfortunately the time has come to pay visits to both and make my point vocally in front of other prospective clients!  I don't want to do it but  I have no option, I'm disgusted b their complete disregard for ther customers!Any responses appreciated!
