I have not been back over for 3 years, there is a lot of issues on site including sub standard work by Procumasa with no chance of getting work done, some residents waiting over 3 years

At the moment community fees cannot be paid due to a frozen account, due to the issues with former President

Sewage is an issue, Council needs to adopt system

Pools have an issue over electricity

Street lighting needs to be adopted by Council

It is a beautifull place, just make sure you get everything done before you move in

If you would like more details from the Presidents who actually have been voted for by the community i would be willing to forward details by private message.

Due to the way the game was built up and the racsist attitude by the English towards Germans  i am so pleased that the England team got stuffed. A good reason to move to Spain to get away from the Bigots lets hope they do not move out and spoil it over here.

Hello

With regard to Iberian International,

I backtracked rather than lose out at a time when banks were messing people about with mortgages.

I was in a position of complete, drop an argument that i  still feel was right or not complete and lose all the money i had put into buying the property.

After 18 months i will openly say that Iberian were very poor, there was some good people in their Torrevieja office who now have gone. God help anyone dealing with them.

Does this mean that we have to pay for items that have not been handed over by the developer or snagged by the community otherwise we are payng for unfinished items?

Thanks Dennis and to think they did not ask me, just went and did it and will not commit to repairs on my property. If they would put something on paper legally saying what they will do i would be happy.

I had intended to rent the property out but in the state it is in externally there is no way it is possible.

I have given in i just wish i had not bought a property from Procumasa it is the worst moment of madness in my life and a nightmare from start to finish and after.

The community politics tops it all.  We have a President from Hell who is obviously feathering her own nest.

I have been talking to a TV company to feature the property and problems whether anything comes out of it i do not know but i think the only thing left to do is to embarrass them

I would like to put a PILOTO board outside my property so that others looking to buy know what they are getting in to.
