Hi, I stayed there from 15th Auugust to 18th August. You cannot get more up to date than that. Hotel was very good. There was a distinct lack of effective staff training. We waited 45 mins for a salad starter on night. It is new however and I would expect it to get the staff up to standard very quickly. As to disruption. There was absilutely none. The construction is on the other side of the gold course from the hotel. You see it on the sky line biut you cannot hear it. The construction traffic has a seperate entrance and does not enter the completed section of the resort. I would stay there again. I hope that answers your questions.
