I have been lookong for an apartment in this area for a few weeks now and came across Calanova last week. From experience would be worth buying an apartment here (i'll be renting it out hopefully!). And what are the pro's and con's?

Secondly, if i went ahead with it is there anything i should know that the seller may not have mentioned? I noticed a forum topic on a funny smell...does that still affect the apartments and is there any other little surprises i should be made aware of?
