Hi All La Tercia Real Owners,

                                               As mentioned in early e-mails, we are having a meeting for all LTR owners. This is just an informal meeting to meet future neighbours , discuss any concerns and look foward to the future of this development. The meeting will take place on Friday 26th September in Los Alcazares. Those interested in coming should meet in the reception area of Hotel 525 at 8.00pm. This is the main hotel in the resort.

                                             Those interested in attending the meeting, could you please respond to this thread. This is just to find out how many will be attending.

Hi All La Tercia Owners,

                                              Just to let everybody know, that a few of us are trying to get  together in September near La Tercia. We are currently aiming for the night of  Friday 26th September in Los Alcazares. A  few drinks & a chat on the progress of the site and meet future neighdours.

Hi to all La Tercia Real Owners,

                                                               Just to let you all know, that today ( Wed 16th April ) I received an e-mail from my solicitors ( Fusters ) with a copy of the new Bank Guarantee which has an expiry date of April 2009 on it.  I'm glad this has been sorted out.

Hi All,

          I've noticed that alot of the group are going over to LTR in the next few weeks. Wish we were coming over too. Ive ben trying to contact Peinsa regarding the build date of the villa, but with no sucess. I know we have'nt waited as long as some of you. But could someone please get as much information as possible to ease our worries. Any photo's , new plans or info would be gratefully received.

Hi to all owners at LTR. We have read alot of your comments with interest. We viewed the show house in Feb 2007 and were given a completion date of March 2008. Dont know when it will be ready. Our plot is Phase 1 P17 if anybody is near us and has any information. Would like to hear from anybody on LTR with any comments. It is going to be a holiday home for about 10 years with a view to retiring out there. Hope to hear from you all.
