At Salinas De Vera we have been told by some of our fellow residents that we are being negative with some of our comments.
We have bought at Salinas de Vera for the long term and not for the quick buck - we are not speculators. We honestly thought we were buying into a top class company and had been reassured by our agents and solicitors in Spain that this was the case. In all honestly our UK based Spainish solicitor on paper work alsothought it was one one the best companies that he had dealt with as far as buying property in Spain was concerned, all the paperwork was there and our money was secured .
So what happened! - WHERE DID IT ALL GO WRONG! well they had our money and that was it, we have leaks, damp patches, snagging and 5 months on some of us are still waiting for someone to come through the door and fix them despite e mails, phone calls from us, our agents and our solicitors> The deveploper is building the complex next door and doesn't seem to realise the best marketing they could ever have had is word of mouth by people that have bought of them already. We thought we were buying our dream and I for one could easily have helped to sold some one else theirs.
As some one that sells for a living please take note KeyMare and look after your clients because they in turn will look after you
