Hi, we are currently looking for a new mortgage deal and have approached a company called "Switch and Save" based in Alicante. Has anybody had any dealings with them. Always concerned when I send money to unknown people to provide a service.

Hi, we completed the purchase of our appartment in April '09, in Los naranjos Jardin 2. We are currently dealing with a broker to get a new mortgage, and they have requested a "Suma report" among the documents required. Does anyone have any idea what this is, if we are due to pay yet,and if so, where do we pay, or any information would be very helpful.

A friend of mine is coming to stay in spain, we wont have a car around during the time he needs to go back to the airport from Condado de Alhama resort, what cheap way could he get back to Alicante airport?
