we bought a property on Sierra golf in Jan this year.
we love it here!!!!!!
in answer to your questions:-
1. Yes and yes
2. Don't know of any specific community rules or fees
3. Like anywhere there can be crime - however while we have been here there hasn't been none. I personally would be happy to stay here on my one with a child. There are several people living alone here.
4. Yes the community spirit is great - I have just returned from a monthly coffee morning at the local bar - Sunday night is quiz night very busy great atmosphere - the pool bar is opening img in July on site and the golf club serve meals and drinks with lovely views of the surrounding area.
Most residents are of pension age however holiday makers ages vary with lots of children in school holidays.
We are a family of 51, 45 and 20.
5. Yes a lady called holly who lives on site runs the onsite office.
