Hi  Oh thank u for your respond  That are great information  more then I wanted. What really worry me is the Bulgarians. That what I heard about as well  That there is a problem in the area about braking in to a empty houses. Not about Fuenta de Piedra but about Sierra de Yeguas. So That is why I just wanted to know. I have been in town and I really liked it. I do not mind quiet and chilly winters  As long as from April till November is nice. And I been there in November and was nice and sunny.

Hello, I just would like to ask about living in Fuenta De Piedra? We have been there couple of weeks ago to view houses and we are thinking to buy house there as quiet holiday house and then move there for retirement. When we have been there, we saw some English speaking people around so I would like to ask how is the area. Is this is a quite and secure place to have a house there? In general is anyone regret that he got sick house there? I would love to know it as much as I can before we will make decisions on purchase. Thank you for your help in advance . Katie

Hello to everyone :) I have a plan to buy apartment around Murcia . I know that they are great deals there and I am planning to go to murcia to view couple of apartments in Condado De Alhama and other places. I hope that I will find here a angent who will be happy to pick us up from Hotel in Murcia and take us around to see properties. Please contact me on PM if some agents are happy to help me. Maybe you can recomend some agencies as well ( the good once). As everyone is happy to take deposit for reserve the apartment over email but when we actually want to see them it seems to be a some delay respond. Thank you for all the help in advance.

Hello to all :) I hope somebody can help me with answer to my question. I would like to ask if anybody knows how to start to be a seller on the Spanish Markets? During many of my holidays in Spain I was wondering how it would be to start a business like that? I do not want to make millions but I would like to be able to move to Spain- Murcia and stay there for Life :) If somebody know do I have to register as a comapny called soletrader or anythink like that? If there is any fee to pay for place on the market to set up ( I am sure there is ) and how to deal about it? Maybe there is a special name for the '' Traiding on move '' or something like that. I would also move to Murcia and rent a apartment in Condado to be able to sell on market there too.How is the Market in Condado the Alhama?Thank you for your help in adnavce.
